T-Cycle replacement sprockets for chain guide rollers: CNC-machined from 7075 aluminium

With T-Cycle’s high-quality replacement sprockets, you can restore your chain guide roller to top condition. The precision CNC-machined sprockets, made from high-strength 7075 aluminium, impress with their high wear resistance, low weight and long service life for demanding use on recumbent bikes or trikes.

The T-Cycle replacement sprockets are available in the following 4 versions:

• 14 teeth
• 15 teeth (3-hole mounting)
• 15 teeth (4-hole mounting) for the upper or lower chain guide roller
• 23 teeth

Sustainable repairs instead of complete replacement

To ensure the most sustainable use of valuable raw materials, we also offer the sprockets individually as spare parts. This allows you to replace only the worn sprocket, rather than the entire chain guide roller. This conserves resources and reduces maintenance costs.

Includes pre-assembled ABEC7 deep-groove ball bearings

As the high-quality ABEC7 deep-groove ball bearings are already professionally pressed into the bearing housing, the replacement sprockets are supplied complete with pre-assembled bearings. This eliminates the need for the time-consuming pressing process, which would require special tools, and makes replacement particularly straightforward.
